Mail In Repair

Send your computer for repair in 3 easy steps:

1. Text us at (267) 293 9597 with your name, a little bit of information about your computer, and the problem that you are experiencing.
Please do this before sending out your computers / devices to us.

2. Pack your computer / devices securely and send it to:

**Please note, the mailing address to send your devices is different than our walk-in address.
We use different address for all mail-ins to avoid package theft. If you send your package to our walk-in address 1805 S 18th st instead of 1801, the delivery driver may leave the package outside the door and it may get stolen.

3. After you send your package out, please text us the tracking number. Once we received the package, we will match the tracking number on the package with your contact information to identify that the computer or the device inside the package is belong to you and we will fix your computer. Once it's done we will send it back to you and you will get a tracking number.

How much does it cost?

We charge $80 flat for general repair and $150 flat for board / liquid damage repair. This price does not include the cost for parts or the shipping fee. If you have any question about specific problem, specific request, or to get an estimate, feel free to text us at 267 293 9597

How much does the shipping cost?

Depends on the size, the weight, insurance, etc. the shipping could cost around $15-$30

How long does it takes?

Most of the repair is done the same day. We fix your computer as soon as we get it and we will send it out the next business day.

If we have to order any part, it will take about 3-7 business days. Sometimes even longer if we have to get the part overseas.

Is there any warranty?

Yes, we provide 30 (thirty) days warranty on our repair.
