Whatever problem you have with your device and wherever you are, mail-in repair makes getting your device repaired hassle free, without the drive, the wait, or rearranging your schedule. And no.. No need to book a flight and hotel to visit my place to get your device repaired. Just mail it over.

Send your device for repair in 3 easy steps:

1. Text me at (267) 293 9597 with your name, a little bit of information about your device, and the problem that you are experiencing.
Please do this before sending out your devices. I will give you a SECURE address to send your device to.

2. Pack your computer / device securely and send it to my secure mailing address.
**Please note, the mailing address to send your devices is different than my walk-in address.
I use different address for all mail-ins to avoid package theft. If you send your package to my walk-in address 1805 S 18th st, the delivery driver may leave the package outside the door and it may get stolen. Plase make sure your shipment is insured, tracked, and sent to the correct secure address that I provided, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives.

3. After you send your package out, please text me the tracking number.

What happens next...

Once I received the package, I will match the tracking number on the package with your contact information to identify that the device inside the package belongs to you.

I will repair your device and when the repair is completed, I will let you know the total cost for the repair and the cost of return shipping. After payment is received, I will send your device back to you and give you a tracking number. Easy peasy.

How much does it cost?

All mail-in repairs begin with a $40 diagnostic to determine the issue and available repair options. The diagnostic fee will be credited towards the final repair cost.

General Hardware / Software repair is $80
Advanced Repair is $150.

How much does the shipping cost?

Depends on the size, the weight, insurance, etc. the shipping could cost around $15-$30. Return shipping must be paid before the device is shipped back. You can also provide your own prepaid return shipping label.

How long does it takes?

Most repairs are done within 1-3 business days after I receive your device. If a special part need to be ordered, turn around time may vary.

Is there any warranty?

All mail-in repairs include the same 30-days warranty I offer in person. More information about warranty can be found at Terms of Service page.
