We provides a repair service. We don't buy or sell any computers or parts. By having a brick and mortar store, we are adding all of these unnecessary overheads such as the increased rent, more employees to watch the store, more energy usage, etc. Working from home allows us to be more productive.

When Dan is busy working with computers, serving customers, running errands, or training at the gym; he won't have time to talk to answer the phone. So it's better if you text. He will answer your phone or call you back when he is available to talk.
We also use texts to communicate with customers, to send photos of the repair, and to avoid any miscommunication that often occurs during the phone conversation.
Our service cost varies depending on the problem and what type of service(s) that you need.
For general computer repair, cost is usually upwards of $60 to $80. Specific repair such as liquid damage repair, starts at $150. Data recovery services start at $100.

We accept cash, check, and debit / credit card. There is 5% processing fee for debit and credit card payments
Yes we do accept PayPal, there is 5% processing fee. The payment must be cleared and received in full before we complete the service, otherwise we may withhold the service until the payment is cleared.

We honors your research and self-diagnostic effort. We will perform the service or repair based on your diagnostic result and your specific request. HOWEVER, if you've misdiagnosed the problem, brought the wrong part(s), and/or the service that you've requested doesn't fix the problem, you still have to pay the full price for the time and effort that we've spent regardless of the outcome of the repair.
No, we dont fix or replace iPhone screens. We will gladly backup and recover your data before you send it somewhere else.
We recommend that you to go to Apple store to get your iPhone screen replaced. They offer a decent price on iPhone screen replacement service with the best, original part and better warranty.
iPhone screen repair services are not profitable and non sustainable for us. We firmly believe in providing quality services and to make sure that we can provide our customers with the best repair option. At this particular service, we do not believe that we can give the best option to our customer. We can charge a higher price or geting third party non original part to make a profit but it's totally unethical and it feels wrong on our end.

Due to our busy schedule, we don't offer any onsite repair service.
Depending on the problem, it may take anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours to get your computer fixed.
For an extensive service and repair, such as liquid damage or data recovery service, it may take around 3 to 7 business days.
If we have to order the part, it usually takes between 3 to 5 business days to get the part.
Not yet. If you don't hear anything from us, either we are still waiting for the part to arrive or we are still in the process of repairing your computer or performing the service. We will let you know as soon as your computer is ready or when the service is completed.
If you don't hear from us, it's either:
A. We are still working on your computers as well as others or
B. We are still waiting for the part(s) to arrive
We will let you know when the service is completed or if there's any update. We appreciate your patience.
We do not and will not open or share your data and files, We do not see any benefit in doing that. If we have to perform a data backup, all of your data and files will be saved temporarily to an external hard drive and will be erased immediately when the service is completed and after you've received all your data and files.
This is a very important issue regarding privacy and we take this very seriously. If you feel hesitant to use our service regarding to this matter, we will gladly cancel the service.
